Yesterday, I accepted an invitation from Builder Association of South Central Indiana to talk about local housing issues and my vision for All of Monroe County.
And the large turnout of this event showed that this race is critical. Recall the missed housing opportunities at the Trails (125 homes), Southern Meadows (190 homes), and Clear Creek Urban (31 homes). The inaction displayed in the County Development Ordinance will come back if stagnation is allowed back into office. Don’t let this happen!
Your vote in May will set the future of this County for decades to come. I’m asking for your vote for my vision of a community-focused, collaborative government in Monroe County, where everyone in Monroe County can have access to affordable and dignified housing.
We can build this housing providing choice to all for safe, dignified homes.
We can attract great jobs allowing residents to raise their incomes.
We can build a corridor that connects Crane to Cook that features innovation and technological growth that will improve the lives of Hoosiers.
We can do anything we set ourselves to do as long as we do it together!
Together we vote this May to restore trust in local government. Then roll up our sleeves and start the noble work of rebuilding our County!
