Create the Monroe County Anti-Racism Task force, charged with creating the Monroe County Anti-Racism Strategic Plan in 12 months from formation.
Work across Monroe County Commissions and with staff to create a S.M.A.R.T. plan to celebrate racial and cultural holidays in meaningful ways starting in 2025.
Contract with a local organization who can follow up to conduct a Systems-wide Cultural Competency Assessment, and share longitudinal data comparing and contrasting the 2021 data (gathered by The Guardian, LLC) with new data.
Empower the Monroe County Women’s Commission to generate an annual report with policy recommendations.
